Welcome to the Ethereal (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”). (c) Technical Data: information about your use of the Services, such as usage analytics, web logs of user activity, IP addresses, and device identification. This allows us to better understand how our Services are used so that we can improve them;
(d) Marketing and Communication Data: information about your preferences in receiving marketing from us and third parties and your communication preferences; and
(e) Other Data: any other information that we may require in connection with updates to existing features and functions of our Services, or any additional features and functions. This allows us to provide you with updates and improvements to the Services from time to time.
We also collect, use, and share Aggregated Information, such as statistical or demographic insights, for various purposes. For example, we may aggregate technical data to determine the percentage of users accessing a specific dashboard feature.
While Aggregated Information may be derived from your Personal Information, it is not considered Personal Information, as it does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. However, if we combine or link Aggregated Information with your Personal Information in a way that could identify you directly or indirectly, we treat the combined data as Personal Information and handle it in accordance with this privacy policy.
For certainty, we do not collect or store credit card information. Any such information is collected and handled by our payment processors.
