With our white glove service, the entire process is handled for you from start to finish.

We come to you, or we receive your pieces with the same care you would hope for. Each item is thoughtfully photographed. Its details — maker, model, year, condition, the specifics that matter — are captured. We run it through our appraisal and authentication system or upon request, we route to a vetted appraiser, and to a category specialist for authentication. We gather your receipts and papers. We have a brief conversation about each piece — why does this matter to you? — and what you tell us is kept, privately, with the piece. Then we build all of it into a record that does real work.

What You Receive

Your record arrives in three forms:

A beautiful digital collection — yours to log in and look at any time.

A physical collection book, an heirloom-grade volume that sits on a shelf for the people who come after you.

The functional documents you actually need: a clean valuation schedule your insurance broker can use without follow-up, individual authentication certificates, and a memorandum that makes wishes for each piece unambiguous. Not a spreadsheet. Something worthy of what you collected.

The Ethereal Code

At cataloguing, each item is given a unique, permanent Ethereal code — its individual name in our record. The code travels with the piece for the rest of its life. It keeps your documentation consistent, decade after decade. It ensures a future owner inherits not just the object, but its full provenance.

Protect Now, Pass It On Later

Your record protects your collection now and passes it on later. The valuation schedule feeds your insurance. The memorandum names who inherits each piece, with that piece’s full story attached. These two things have almost always lived apart; one with a broker, one with a lawyer. Separately, they drift out of sync. Your Ethereal record is where they finally meet.

And the conversation about why each piece matters, the part most collectors never get to write down, becomes the part of the record an heir will read with the most care.
